• Refund policy — If an agreement has been signed and services have been provided, refunds will not be accepted.
  • Delivery policy — Services begin at the point of a clearly agreed upon kick off call. No money changes hands before that day.
  • Return policy – As we are a service based company, and sell no goods, returns are not possible.
  • Cancellation policy — If a client needs to end our engagement, clients may give a written 30-day notice of termination after our 60 day initial trial period ends.
