We contract (1099) people from all over the USA to provide virtual (remote) support for our clients. We provide coaching and relationship management with the client and a community of EAs through Slack. Whether you were referred to us by a friend, found us on LinkedIn, or by any other method, we’d love to begin a conversation that could lead to… as one of our recent hires put it, “Literally a Dream Job!”
Our current EAs have come from many different fields of study and industries but they have a few things in common, they’re PROs.
- Proactive, not passive or reactive.
- Relational, not transactional.
- Organized over creative.
Our EAs go through an interview process that includes skills testing, zoom interviews, reference checks, and background checks. Once we’ve determined we’d love to work with an EA, they are entered into our EA pool and then we look for the right match with a client. Sometimes this process is very fast and sometimes it takes time.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a go-getter, and seeking a flexible, remote, contracted and on-going engagement. This is not for the full-time student or for anyone who is already employed 9-5, making it difficult for clients to interface with them.
