
Last month marked seven years of Dream Support. Seven years of helping leaders reclaim their time, rediscover their purpose, and lead from a place of peace instead of pressure.
And as we head into Thanksgiving week, I’m feeling deeply grateful.
Grateful for the clients who trusted us in their chaos. Grateful for the Executive Assistants who bring excellence, empathy, and calm to every partnership. Grateful for our team that makes the impossible feel doable, every single day.
But here’s what I’ve learned about gratitude over these years — it’s not enough to feel it; you’ve got to express it.

This Thanksgiving week, I hope you’ll do what I’m reminding myself to do —
💬 Say the thank-yous out loud.
📱 Be present with your people — not just available.
❤️ Put the phone down and give the gift of undistracted time.
Gratitude dies in silence, but multiplies when spoken.
