The AI Hiring Boomerang (You May Not See Coming)

We’re living through a new wave of AI enthusiasm, and I’m here for it.

Companies are trimming costs.
Replacing human roles.

But here’s my prediction…

Why?

You still need humans with good judgment.
You still need capacity to lead and respond with care.
You still need actual support that sees the whole picture—not just the data.
